Welcome back to our web site!
It is hard to believe that it is February and 2008! It has been a while since you last heard from us and I do apologize for that. There are so many new things to share with you and so many photographs for you to see! We also have some important reminders for you at the botom of our page.
February has been a very busy month for us. We worked very hard on our Ag Fair project this year. Our class decided to make and sell limeade and we did just that! Each one of us helped in some way. We had washers, cutters, juicers, mixers, tasters, servers and cashiers. We invited our friends and families to come to our limeade stand and purchase our delicious limeade. We had a donation jar and with the money we made, we were able to buy some gardening tools and other things we needed for our new garden. Thank you all for your donations. Speaking of our garden, a big Thank You goes out to David and Dulcie Crowther and to Tammy and Douglas Nicoll for making our garden a reality. We are now growing all kinds of herbs, beans, flowers and vegetables in our garden. We water our plants everyday and they are growing by leaps and bounds!
When we were learning about the letter "P" we decided to have a Pajama Day and invite our friend Smokie in to make Pizza with us. We sure made a mess of the classroom but the rewards were well worth it! Thanks Smokie. We also celebrated the "100th day of school" that day and did 100th day activities all day.We were even quiet for 100 seconds! It sure was a busy day!

This week we are getting ready for our performance at the "Big" school where we will be on stage singing "Here comes Peter Cottontail". We will also go on a beach walk with our Reading Buddies and catch up on the playground with some old friends. We hope to see you there as well.
We will be back next month with some more East End news for you. Until then, Happy Holidays!
